Happy world 🌎 book day What are you reading ? Here’s a top tip if want to read but don’t think you have time...... I love reading 💗to learn new things or to escape In a good fiction book. But used to say I don’t have time, reading was only done on holidays.
Then I started just reading 5 to 10 pages a day I could squeeze that in and before you know it you are reading daily and completely a book.
Did you know ? If kids see you read a book from a early age studies show they are more likely to be interested in reading too. This is my pile I am working through. Tell me your good books you recommend. Now we have audible books too we can listen on the go. The definition of adventure is an exciting or unusual experience; it may also be a bold, usually risky undertaking, with an uncertain outcome. Not sure my walk to the beach is risky but it’s exciting to see blue skies. Getting out early does make me feel safer at the moment as less crowds. Not sure how others feel about crowds , with society going to start to open up again soon our safe zones will feel exposed, feelings of apprehension maybe being felt, I know I do.
After a year everyone has had and knowing covid won’t be going away anytime soon. It’s ok to feel unsure. So at this time an adventure for me is this big !!! It’s not climbing Mount Everest it’s just simply being excited and perhaps bold stepping out into the world again, being hopeful for what’s coming, spring and summer taking one step at a time. Can you eat Breakfast or not ? Many studies have shown the health benefits of eating breakfast. Improves energy levels

Can help with better weight management.
Reduced risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease in the long term. I used to struggle with breakfast and I can’t eat at 6.30am but found this breakfast helps as light or sometimes it’s just an apple and when really cold I can occasionally do porridge.
